L’ORÉAL in Indonesia started its journey since 1979 distributing luxury products. Then other brands started to enter Indonesian market in the coming years. Currently L’Oréal’s presence in Indonesia is marked by having 3 divisions; luxury, consumer and professional which serves different distribution channels. We have portfolio of 15 brands which are: L’Oréal Paris; Maybelline New York; Garnier; L’Oréal Professionel; Kérastase Paris; Matrix;
Lancôme; Biotherm; Shu Uemura; Yves Saint Laurent; Kiehl’s; Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani, dan Diesel perfumes; and The Body Shop which is distributed through PT Monica Hijau Lestari.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Bekerja sama dengan perwakilan area (team sales) untuk memberikan pelatihan teknis bagi klien (salon), serta membantu meningkatkan omset penjualan dan meningkatkan penggunaan produk teknis oleh klien (salon).
- Mengatur kegiatan pelatihan (pilihan lokasi, memlih model, logistik, administrasi tindak lanjut, dll)
- Melakukan diskusi dan memberikan konsultasi serta pelatihan di salon
- Mengintegrasikan dan memberikan pemahaman nilai-nilai produk L'Oreal Professionnel untuk klien (salon)
- Memberikan pelatihan teknis secara berkala untuk team sales

Persyaratan Pelamar :
- Min. Lulusan SMU sederajat
- Berpengalaman sebagai penata rambut di Salon
- Memahami karakteristik produk, metode pengaplikasian dan jenis produk
- Berpengalaman mengajar (menjadi nilai lebih)
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
